how to test a AC Capacitor (Bipolar leads ) without using multimeter.? Is it good or bad using very simple and easy ways. But Not Recommended for everyone but professionals only. Please be careful to do this practice as it's dangerous.
1) Safely connect two leads to 230 V AC Main Supply for a very short period (about 1- 3 Sec).
2) Remove safely leads from the 230 V AC main Supply.
3) Now short the capacitor terminals.
4) If it makes a strong spark , It is a good Capacitor.
5) If it makes a weak spark or not spark, it is a bad Capacitor
