Voltage Standing Wave Ratio VSWR. Impedance mismatches in a radio frequency (RF) electrical transmission line cause power loss and reflected energy. Voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is a way to measure transmission line imperfections. Specialty we have to test VSWR in 2G, 3G and LTE Base station ( BTS) RF antenna feeder cable. Now normally We can not see Feeder cable used For BTS. only used 1/2 Inch Jumper cable RRU to antenna. still we can see used RF 7/8 Feeder cable use for the IBS DAS ( distributed antenna system).
