Shwedagon Pagoda is the most sacred Buddhist Temple in Myanmar, as it is believed to contain Relics of the four previous Buddha’s of the present kalpa Buddha. These Relics include the staff of Kakusandha Buddha, the water filter of Koṇāgamana Buddha, a piece of the robe of Kassapa Buddha, and eight strands of Hair from the Head of Gautama Buddha.
